I recently got an icici credit card Everything is working fine The positive value is that it is found today in every online transactions! But the servicw fee is very high and they deduct a lot of money and morever thw time to pay back the loan is very less and the intrest rate is also very high as compared to the other banks! -

I hold ICICI credit card for almost 10 years and recently upgraded to Platinum card from hpcl gold. Here are the good and bad things about icici card service. Good: Lifetime free on selected cards. No annual maintenance fee on selected cards Once they reverted the late payment fee on request Bad: Bad customer support team, never address your problem promptly and on time They recently offered me to increase the card limit and then asked full card number. Kind of scary thing.I disconnected the call immediately Poor point system. Recently they started charging redemption fee. Bad rewards -

I have ICICI Titanium credit card. And the issue is regarding the behavior and false promise for a award after receiving points. First time when I took this card they said, No fees will be collected and entirely its free usage. Since I have a salary account with ICICI bank from 2 years and never came across this kind of situation. For selling the credit card to me, both executive and telecaller lied to me. while signing the application also I confirmed that there will be no charges since I am an existing user of ICICI salaried account. -

ICICI giving the satya paul gift vouchers and buy one get one movie ticket offer with a coral credit card.Please don't go for the card. while applying this card ICICI people are saying we get the buy one get one movie ticket free and satya paul gift voucher worth of Rs 3, 000. Now I am using this Card for the last 4 months, I tried for the movie tickets many times. But I could not get the free ticket.

Hey guys, ICICI bank is the best bank in india, I have a savings account and I have also opted for credit card, The best part is You can transfer funds anytime 24/7 unlike government bank where you have some fixed time. Customer support also gets connected instantly, no problem at all with ICICI. Once I requested for cheque book which I got in two days. Service is very fast and it is customer centric bank.
